Steward's Report
The start of this event was aborted and deemed a false start due to a malfunction with the lure . All greyhounds were removed from the starting boxes, vetted by the on-track Veterinarian and passed fit to race in accordance with GAR 110 (7). The race was delayed by approximately 14 minutes whilst this occurred. The race then commenced at 6:47pm.
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Anna Bella, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.
Port Albert was quick to begin. Bombers Lunatic and Where Is He were slow to begin.
