Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Devine Fantasy on 23 November 2022 pursuant to GAR 139.
Skinny Olive was quick to begin. Wadelock Harry was slow to begin.
Wadelock Harry marred We Dance entering the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left and right chest muscle injury and right groin injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Justin Bowman regarding Wadelock Harry’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Wadelock Harry was charged with marring. Mr Bowman pled guilty to the charge, Wadelock Harry was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
