Steward's Report
Jelly Bean Jojo, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have sand toe and spike wounds to the right hind toes. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Colin Brennan regarding the racing manners of Jelly Bean Jojo approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr. Brennan viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
A post–race sample was taken from Aston Khan – the winner of the event.
