Steward's Report
Your Colour Room was quick to begin. Lady Zambora was slow to begin.
Lady Zambora turned it's head inwards in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 130, Lady Zambora was ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 130, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted
Stewards spoke to representative, Mr Michael Chilcott regarding Lady Zambora’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Lady Zambora was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Chilcott pled guilty to the charge, Lady Zambora was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Aaron Alpaca faltered on the first turn and lost ground, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to representative, Mr Peter Presutto regarding the racing manners of Gesundheit in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr Presutto, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action
