Steward's Report
Stung By Bees slow to begin.
Notorious Billy (faltered turning out of the back straight) underwent a post-veterinary examination. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the long head triceps muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Handler, Ms N. Cachia regarding the racing manners of Blazing Dodge turning off the back straight. After hearing submissions from Ms Cachia, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards issued a warning. In assessing the matter, Stewards took into consideration the actions of Notorious Billy at that point of the race.
