Steward's Report
Mike's Tiger, Daisy Giblet and Sapphire Speed were slow to begin.
Daisy Giblet underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg gluteal injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Corry Kas regarding Daisy Giblet’s racing manners approaching the 50m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Daisy Giblet was charged with marring. Mr. Kas pled guilty to the charge, Daisy Giblet was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
