Representative Mr. Neil Jones informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Jones that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.

Agent Spaghetti was severely checked turning out of the home straight and subsequently failed to finish. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right scapula fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Why Not Pearl raced ungenerous approaching the winning post, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right shoulder injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Leigh Carter regarding the racing manners of Why Not Pearl. After hearing submissions from Mr. Carter, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
