Steward's Report
Leo Bravado and Flying Farrugia were slow to begin. Crymelon Rover was very slow to begin (3L).
Leo Bravado contacted the rail approaching the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hamstring injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Fabs Yam faltered in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Fabs Wasabi underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr B. Keel regarding the racing manners of Fabs Wasabi in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr Keel, viewing the available race footage and acting on their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning against the greyhound’s racing manners.
