Stewards spoke to representative Mr. M. Franklin, regarding Time Turner pulling up prior to the return gate and failing to enter the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mr. Franklin, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.
Stewards spoke to representative Mr. K. Lloyd regarding Acacia Dream pulling up prior to the return gate and failing to enter the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mr. Lloyd, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.
Dimora Jet contacted the run back gate, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a contusion to the right shoulder. A seven day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. R. Brewer regarding the greyhound pulling up prior to the return gate and failing to enter the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mr. Brewer, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.
