Steward's Report
A post-race sample was taken from Soda Titan - winner of the event.
Aston Kenno fell free of interference soon after the start, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following race 11. Aston Kenno was found to have left deltoid injury as well as bruising to the left shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to the trainer, Mr. S. Webb regarding Aston Kenno’s fall free of interference soon after the start. After hearing submissions from Mr. S. Webb, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Aston Kenno unsatisfactory. Aston Kenno must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted. Furthermore, in accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mr. S. Webb report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Aston Kenno in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
