Steward's Report
Rag Time Griff - Late scratching at 1.36pm due to non-arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mrs Marion Clay informed Stewards that she had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards advised Mrs. Clay that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Audacious Stell was quick to begin, Brain Wave was slow to begin.
A post-race sample was taken from Get Sushi Carol - winner of the event.
Supplementary Report: 4 July - Rag Time Griff - Mrs Marion Clay provided evidence to the stewards of a vehicle breakdown and the 28 day stand down period will be revoked.
