Steward's Report
Greysynd Shock was quick to begin. Galloping Speed was slow to begin
Golden Quest was galloped on and lost ground on the second turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left triangle muscle & groin. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race hair & urine sample was taken from Aston Velvet – the winner of the event.
A post–race blood & urine sample was taken from Greysynd Shock – placed 2nd in the event.

Supplementary Report
Golden Quest – In accordance with GAR 41(5), presented for a re–vet at the conclusion of kennelling at the Geelong meeting on 21 June 2022. Golden Quest was examined by the on–track veterinarian and found to be free from injury. Golden Quest was cleared to race. A sample was taken for analysis.
