Steward's Report
Hymie was quick to begin. Miss Belena, Vapour Patch and Lynlaw Alex collided approaching the first turn, severely checking all three greyhounds. Hymie, Bright Flame, Grand Ocean and Go Wild Gomer collided on the first turn. Bright Flame checked off Hymie approaching the home turn. Hymie and Miss Belena collided entering the home straight and several times in the home straight.
Lynlaw Alex was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a five day stand down period was imposed.
