Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks (indoors), observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Bruree Fairy and Misty Rainbow collided soon after the start. Bruree Fairy, Misty Rainbow and Laquita Star collided at the 200m mark. Miling Spaniard and Rival Karen collided at the 150m mark. Smiling Spaniard and Laquita Star collided at the 100m mark.

Boes Bounty was slow to begin.

Rockstar Brass and Knuckle Buster collided soon after the start. Speedy Garry and You Fugitive collided at the 200m mark. Knuckle Buster and Blackpool Astro collided several times from the 150m mark to the 100m mark checking Knuckle Buster.

Raph City and Mazikeen Smith were slow to begin.

Raph City and Mazikeen Smith collided at the 300m mark. Jerry Buzzard, Raph City and Orange Man Bad collided at the 250m mark checking Orange Man Bad. Raph City and Mazikeen Smith collided at the 150m mark. Raph City checked off Mazikeen Smith at the 50m mark.

Mazikeen Smith underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left deltoid injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative, Mr Colin Dalton regarding the racing manners of Mazikeen Smith approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr Dalton, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.

Minter Explode– New declared weight of 31.0kg, last raced at 32.5kg.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Ivanka Tea with Gavin Gledhill and noted their comments.

Indecisive Dusty was slow to begin.

A pre-race sample was taken from Man Cave.

Tsar Bell and Eric Garfield collided soon after the start.

A post-race sample was taken from Scaramouche - the winner of the event.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Itchy Kaala with Gavin Gledhill and noted their comments.

Itchy Kaala was slow to begin.

Gold Giselle and Whispy Watson collided soon after the start. Gold Giselle and Gold Ostare collided at the 150m mark.

Itchy Kaala underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Balts Orson was a late scratching at 8.11am with permission of Stewards. No penalty was imposed.

Trickity Click and All Inn Abby collided soon after the start. Princess Milne and Little Swagger collided at the 150m mark.

Emmett's Regret and Basmati collided soon after the start. Boes Bambino checked off Where's The Bees at the 300m mark. Where's The Bees galloped on the heels of Hey Cheryl at the 200m mark. Emmett's Regret and Hey Cheryl collided at the 150m mark checking both greyhounds.

Balt's Flying was a late scratching at 8.13am with permission of Stewards. No penalty was imposed.

Lembor and Shanlyn Cripps collided soon after the start. Boes Rose and Half A Double collided at the 250m mark. Shanlyn Cripps checked off Lembor at the 150m mark.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward, Mr. B Van De Maat did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

She's A Charm, Red Sunset and Gold Luminesce collided soon after the start. Alamosa Bill and Aston Lancealot collided at the 250m mark. Aston Logan and Red Sunset collided at the 200m mark and again approaching the winning post.

Aston Lancealot – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.

Toby Time – Late scratching at 10.43am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a split webbing on the right hind foot. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Mia's Hand– New declared weight of 27.2kg, last raced at 25.8kg.

A pre-race sample was taken from Typhonn Tessie.

Perfect Crippa and Speedy Spyro collided soon after the start. Typhoon Tessie and Perfect Crippa collided at the 200m mark.
