Steward's Report
Jayne Fozz was quick to begin and crossed to the rail soon after the start. Call Me Callahan, Elite Gladiator and Mini Pig collided soon after the start, checking Elite Gladiator and Mini Pig. That's Insert crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Intangible Lass. Elite Gladiator, Mini Pig and Private Fantasy collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Mini Pig. Call Me Callahan and Intangible Miss collided approaching the first turn, checking Intangible Miss which collided with Elite Gladiator. Mini Pig faltered and lost ground on the first turn. Elite Gladiator and That's Insert collided approaching the home turn, checking That's Insert. Mini Pig raced wide on the home turn.
Mini Pig was vetted and after being revetted following event 5. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a strained left thigh and injured right hock, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
