Levi Bale - Marred Rahela Bale on the home turn, severely checking both greyhounds. Vetted - Spike wound left hind paw, no stand down. Stewards spoke to representative Ms. R. Church regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Levi Bale was charged with marring. Ms Church pleaded guilty to the charge. Levi Bale is suspended for 28 days at Ballarat only and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
