Americano Miss crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Indy Fido and Living The Lie.  Sunstruck, Living The Lie and Indy Fido collided on the first turn checking Sunstruck and Living The Lie.  Sunstruck checked off Americano Miss approaching the second turn.  Americano Miss checked off Winnie Coaster approaching the third turn checking Living The Lie.  Americano Miss, Winnie Coaster and Indy Fido collided approaching the home turn checking Americano Miss, Winnie Coaster and Sunstruck.  Winnie Coaster checked off Indy Fido entering the home straight checking Sunstruck. 

It was noted that the muzzle of Winnie Coaster became dislodged during the running of the event.

Ishmy Ruby checked off Kanji Length on the first turn.  Zippy Volkswagon and Kanji Length collided on the second turn checking Kanji Length.  Ishmy Ruby checked off Kanji Length on the home turn checking Fabriola Zero.  Val Ali and Zippy Volkswagon collided entering the home straight.  

Inka Bale – Late scratching at 7.23am when Mrs Samantha Grenfell reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Weblec Star shifted out at the start checking She Can Excite.  Mt. View Shark and McInerney collided soon after the start.  Weblec Star, McInerney and Mt. View Shark collided in the front straight checking Weblec Star and Mt. View Shark.

She Can Excite underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
