Remember Jimmy and Fly By Them collided at the 200m mark. Atlas Shiralee faltered and lost considerable ground at the 200m mark. Remember Jimmy and Fly By Them collided several times from the 100m mark to approaching the winning post.
Atlas Shiralee underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Inter Mimi underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Tony Interligi regarding the racing manners of Inter Mimi approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Interligi, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
