Calico Bull, Not All Over and Nixon Bale collided on the first turn, checking all three greyhounds. Tin Can Sam raced wide entering the home straight; checking Magnis Bale and Quade Bale. Simmo Gogolac checked off Calico Bull in the home straight.
Simmo Gogolac underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg wrist injury. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
