All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of handling, boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.

Blackzin Prince and Mr. Football were slow to begin,

Mt. View Burner checked off My Dad Baz soon after the start checking Blazin' Jewel. Mt. View Burner and Blazin' Jewel collided approaching the 250m mark checking Mr. Football. Mr. Football, Blazin' Jewel and Spot On Mick collided at the 250m mark. Blazin' Jewel checked off Spot On Mick at the 200m mark and crossed to the inside shortly after. Blackzin Prince and My Dad Baz collided at the 150m mark. Blackzin Prince checked off My Dad Baz at the 100m mark.

Black Jam and Banjo Edition went up with the lids and were slow to begin.

Mt. View Moon and Black Jam collided soon after the start. Tralee Riot and Crystal Edition collided soon after the start. Mt. View Moon checked off Black Jam at the 150m mark.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Urana Vieri, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Jerry Buzzard and Sugar Boloney collided soon after the start. Blazin' Cool, Urana Vieri and Miss Immy collided several times from the 250m mark to the 150m mark. Blazin' Cool, Jerry Buzzard, Sugar Boloney and Retro Reece collided several times from the 100m mark to approaching the winning post. 

Jerry Buzzard underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Retro Reece - Was ordered to wear an anti-aggression muzzle, after an incident in the catching pen, in all future events in accordance with GAR 71A. 

Darklight - Late scratching at 8:11am when trainer, Mr G. McLachlan reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Electric Mick and Flash Spolly were slow to begin.

Succession Plan checked off Black Heel High approaching the 200m mark. Harrell Bale checked off Succession Plan at the 100m mark.

Lucky Paws and Our Ryker collided soon after the start. Spend A Dime checked off Spolly Bear approaching the winning post.

Spend A Dime underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer's request, and was found to have injuries to the right wrist and the left shoulder. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from American Missile.

Aston Logan crossed out soon after the start. Colossal Fire and Front Bar collided at the 200m mark. Secret Package and Front Bar collided at the 150m mark.

A pre-race sample was taken from Just The Marjen.

No Sugar and Just The Marjen collided soon after the start. My Rocky and Draconic Lad collided at the 250m mark. No Sugar faltered at the 150m mark and lost ground. 

No Sugar underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right groin muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Fairytale Ending, Inter Joe and Structure were slow to begin.

Pranjip Comet and Further Dreamer collided several times from soon after the start to the 200m mark. Fairytale Ending and Inter Joe collided several times at the 200m mark. Inter Joe, Further Dreamer and Papa Panda collided at the 150m mark checking Pranjip Comet. Fairytale Ending and Inter Joe collided approaching the 100m mark. Inter Joe checked off Pranjip Comet at the 100m mark.
