Steward's Report
All persons attending the venue today carried face masks, observed social distance requirements and maintained room density quotients for the race meeting.
Albueuerque, Nitro Shelby and Lektra Boogie collided approaching the first turn. Nitro Shelby and Lektra Boogie collided on the first turn; checking both greyhounds. Nitro Shelby and Ready To Launch collided several times in the home straight.
Nitro Shelby underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr G George regarding the racing manners of Nitro Shelby in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr George, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, no further action was taken.
Lektra Hybrid – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.
