Bullbar Knight was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's right triangle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Blonde Lilly and Ultimate Jet were quick to begin.  Lizzy Starlight was slow to begin.  Blonde Lilly and Ultimate Jet collided soon after the start.  Why Not Rowan and Full Slippers collided approaching the first turn.  Ultimate Jet, Olive's Gift and Blonde Lilly collided on the first turn checking Blonde Lilly.  Full Slippers and We're Hopeful collided on the home turn checking We're Hopeful.  We're Hopeful and Full Slippers raced wide in the home straight.

Next Grange and Road Trip Blues were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Arvo's Maya and Mischief Maker collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Smouldering Ice, Maximum Jack, Ginlee's Jewel and Arvo's Maya collided approaching the first turn checking Ginlee's Jewel and Arvo's Maya.  Maximum Jack and Arvo's Maya collided on the home turn.  Arvo's Maya and Next Grange raced wide entering the home straight.

Le Doyen was quick to begin.  Kilcolegan Cross and Miss Viking collided soon after the start.  Le Doyen and Starvin' Seagull collided soon after the start checking Starvin' Seagull.  Under Speed checked off Le Doyen approaching the first turn.  Miss Viking and Le Doyen collided on the home turn.  Kilcolegan Cross raced wide in the home straight.

Due to a malfunction, the lids prematurely opened whilst the second row of greyhounds were being boxed.  This caused all greyhounds except Quick Kisses to complete the course without the lure.  Pursuant to GAR 56(1), the event was declared a No Race.

Rest And Restore was slow to begin.  Super Spanner and Rest And Restore collided approaching the first turn.  Rock Ya Bones crossed to the outside approaching the first turn checking Super Spanner and Dakka Jack.  Riverside Billie and Bowstreet Buster collided several times in the home straight.
