Jimmy Cheesecake, Kraken Bam Bam and Aston Champagne collided on the first turn checking Kraken Bam Bam. Kraken Bam Bam lost ground approaching the home turn. Jimmy Cheesecake and Aston Champagne collided on the home turn. Magic Lantern and No Degree collided entering the home straight.
Kraken Bam Bam underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A stand down period of 60 days was imposed.
