Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Rob's Outlander raced wide entering the home straight. Twilight Psycho and Zanzibar Icon collided in the home straight.

Free Advice and Megasonic collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Stella Diamond checked off Wired on the home turn. Stella Diamond, Free Advice and Megasonic collided entering the home straight checking all three greyhounds.

Plain Name was slow to begin.

Tolleen Town and Twilight Flame collided soon after the start. Tolleen Town checked off Black Panda approaching the first turn. Tolleen Town, Twilight Flame and Plain Name collided on the home turn. Our Harriet raced wide entering the home straight. Twilight Flame and Plain Name collided entering the home straight.

A post-race sample was taken from Harrell Bale.

Trainer, Ms N. Lummas was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Blazin' Bulla pursuant to GAR 33.

Rocket Strike checked off Kraken Roger approaching the first turn. Uncle Rico and Kraken Roger collided on the first turn.

Meatball Soup and Winlock Homes collided soon after the start. State Of Mine galloped on the heels of Madame Duggie soon after the start. Oriental Sugar, Filorga Bale and Meatball Soup collided on the first turn checking Filorga Bale and Meatball Soup. Filorga Bale and State Of Mine collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight. 

Meatball Soup underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the Trainers request and was found to have a lost nail on the left dew claw. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Dyna Elise, Secret Chimp and Dewana Be Sure collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds. Elegant Malt checked off Bush Bro on the first turn. Tat James and Red Hot Chance collided entering the home straight.

Strategic and Mustered Courage collided on the first turn. Strategic raced wide in the home straight.

Mustered Courage underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Wicked Blast was slow to begin.

Crash Landing, Cardiff Bale and Furnace Bale collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Crash Landing checked off Furnace Bale entering the home straight. Cardiff Bale and Wicked Blast raced wide entering the home straight. Dyna Carl and Serious One collided several times in the home straight.

Table Top, Atlas Bombshell and Burning Express collided on the first turn. Atlas Bombshell and Burning Express collided on the home turn. Jitterbug Witch and Burning Express collided entering the home straight. Atlas Bombshell and Burning Express collided in the home straight.

Bombardier King - In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Ballarat on 10/07/20. Bombardier King was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found not to be free from injury. Bombardier King was Not Cleared to race. A sample was taken from Bombadier King in accordance with GAR 79(1), having presented for the purpose of revoking a stand down period (re-vet).

Ramona - In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Shepparton on11/06/20. Ramona was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found to be free from injury. Ramona was Cleared to race. A sample was taken from Ramona in accordance with GAR 79(1), having presented for the purpose of revoking a stand down period (re-vet).
