Steward's Report
Saffron Lace and Rockstar Carmody were quick to begin. Dusty Storm, Self Assured, Rumpelstiltskin and Rockstar Lincoln were slow to begin.
Saffron Lace and Rockstar Carmody collided on the home turn checking Saffron Lace. Self Assured and Rockstar Lincoln collided entering the home straight.
Rumpelstiltskin underwent a post-race veterinary examination and after being revetted was found to have minor spike wounds to the right hock. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Chapman, the Trainer of Rumpelstiltskin regarding its performance in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory. Acting in accordance with GAR 71,Rumpelstiltskin must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
