The boxes failed to open for this event, all greyhounds were removed from the boxes and vetted, all grehounds were cleared to start. The boxes were then tested and deemed suitable. As a result this event started 8 min late.
Inga Leo and Quattro Miss were quick to begin. Belfast Dot and Yanderra Azalia were slow to begin.
Aston Canon and Quattro Miss collided approaching the first turn checking Quattro Miss. Spot On Mick and Ragin' Comet collided approaching the home turn checking Ragin' Comet and Aston Canon. Ragin' Comet and Quattro Miss collided entering the home straight.
