Inga Assalt and Crown Xena collided on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds. Whiter Shade checked off My Girl Lilly on the first turn. Och Eye Mum and Ocon Perez collided on the first turn. Whiter Shade and My Girl Lilly collided approaching the home turn. Like Lily and My Girl Lilly collided several times in the home straight.

Like Lily underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
