Armageddon Arby - Late scratching at 6.53pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right thigh injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Flying Yuna and Riverdale Shine were slow to begin.
Vegas Rules and Baileys And Milk collided soon after the start, checking Baileys And Milk. Flying Yuna contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground, colliding with Baileys And Milk and causing Baileys And Milk to fall. Saffron Lace and Vegas Rules collided on the first turn. Vegas Rules checked off Saffron Lace approaching the home turn.
Flying Yuna underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a laceration to the left stifle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
