Peace Of Hope underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 3, and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Crazy Happy was quick to begin.  Coco Jumbo and Destiny Tracker collided on the first turn checking Coco Jumbo, Destiny Tracker and Jayville Slick.  Skittle and Aston Cairn collided on the first turn checking Skittle.  Skittle and Successful Sissy collided several times approaching the home turn.  Skittle, Successful Sissy and Jayville Slick collided on the home turn checking Successful Sissy;  Successful Sissy collided with Coco Jumbo as a result.  Crazy Happy and Aston Cairn collided on the home turn checking Crazy Happy.  Crazy Happy and Jayville Torpedo collided in the home straight.

Nicholas Rose was slow to begin.  Gypsy Hook crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Stormcast, Dr. Puma and Nicholas Rose causing Scorching Ember, Matilda Hook and Marsha to fall severely checking Southern Meteor as a result.

Scorching Ember underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left deltoid muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Matilda Hook underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Marsha underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hind.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Off To Monaco was slow to begin.  High Kings, Nobody's Girl, Jetson Princess and Kasey Anne collided on the first turn checking Nobody's Girl, Jetson Princess, Night Things and Akina Dee Jay.  Nobody's Girl contacted the running rail on the second turn and tailed off.  High Kings and Curnow Keats collided on the home turn.  Off To Monaco galloped on Jetson Princess on the home turn.

Nobody's Girl underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 7 and was found to have  a left monkey muscle injury and bruising to the left front and hind leg.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Jonathan's Rose - Late scratching at 5:13pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to dehydration.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Tigga Toy was quick to begin.  Airly Spence and Downtown Dolly collided soon after the start.  Sideshow Marjen, Velocity Anifrid and Jack Whelan collided on the first turn checking Velocity Anifrid.  Sideshow Marjen and Jack Whelan collided on the first turn checking Sideshow Marjen.  Sideshow Marjen galloped on Muza's Angel approaching the home turn severely checking Sideshow Marjen and Muza's Angel, checking Downtown Dolly as a result.  Jack Whelan checked off Airly Spence entering the home straight.

Duke Of Airly was slow to begin.  Aston Onyx and Jayville Roman collided soon after the start.  Jayville Roman checked off Loufie on the first turn and collided with Flying Moss checking Flying Moss and causing Duke Of Airly to fall.  Aston Onyx and Loufie collided entering the back straight.  Aston Onyx and Jeda's Girl collided on the second turn.  Aston Onyx galloped on Jeda's Girl on the second turn and collided with Loufie and Jeda's Girl checking Aston Onyx.  Flying Moss checked off Aston Onyx on the second turn.  Jayville Roman brushed the rail approaching the home turn.

Duke Of Airly underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Degani was quick to begin.  Hot Pies checked off Mepunga Bonnie approaching the first turn checking Splinter.  Mepunga Billy galloped on Ichiban Fairy on the first turn checking Mepunga Billy severely checking Ichiban Fairy.  Degani checked off Alberto approaching the home turn.

Soda Maxi - Late scratching at 5.22pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Mr. C. Fulford was fined $100.

Lottie Glenda was quick to begin.  Kranskey and Smash Hit collided on the first turn checking Meehan Louie and Kranskey;  Kranskey contacted the running causing Smash Hit to fall; Rynell Bale and Busta Mikado were checked as a result.  Lottie Glenda and Kranskey collided in the home straight.
