Maximum Jodie - Late scratching at 5.14pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a near fore laceration. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Go Rosie was quick to begin. Lil Snooze and Zipping Walter were slow to begin.
Narcelle and Miss City Girl collided soon after the start. Lil Snooze checked off Zipping Walter on the first turn. Narcelle clipped the heels of Go Rosie approaching the home turn.
A post-race sample was taken from Zipping Walter - the winner of the event.
