Head-on vision was not working and unavailble for use for the entire race meeting.
Tobin's Power was slow to begin.
Nitro Roxy shifted in soon after the start, checking Dundee Dancer and Aerolithology. Our Boy Thommo checked off Cruising Ruby soon after the start. Dundee Dancer, Aerolithology and Tobin's Power collided on the first turn, checking Aerolithology and Tobin's Power. Cruising Ruby and Nitro Roxy collided on the first turn, checking Nitro Roxy. Nitro Roxy galloped on Cruising Ruby approaching the home turn. Tobin's Power raced wide on the home turn. Dundee Dancer and Nitro Roxy collided approaching the winning post, checking both greyhounds.
