Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Pamma on 20 September 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.
No split time or position in running were recorded for all races due to technical issues with the split camera.
Kip Your Star and Pamma collided soon after the start. Hey There Patty checked off All Inn Dawn at the 250m mark checking Sassy Keats. Sassy Keats galloped on Hey There Patty at the 250m mark. Ruby Zeal, Kip Your Star and Pamma collided at the 250m mark checking Ruby Zeal. Ruby Zeal and Kip Your Star collided at the 200m mark checking both greyhounds. All Inn Dawn turned its head to the outside and eased at the 200m mark and again approaching the 150m mark. All Inn Dawn crossed to the rail approaching the 100m mark checking Kip Your Star and Ruby Zeal.
All Inn Dawn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Trainer Mr Tony Duncan declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted.
Stewards spoke to Mr Tony Duncan, the trainer of All Inn Dawn regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the 200m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) All Inn Dawn was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Duncan pleaded guilty to the charge, All Inn Dawn is suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
