Muza's Angel was quick to begin.  Victory Post and Akina Moss were slow to begin.  Hot Pies, Tarika Tara and Lulumon collided soon after the start.  Hot Pies checked off Refresh approaching the first turn and collided with Tarika Tara, checking Tarika Tara.  Lulumon checked off Hot Pies on the home turn.

Due to a malfunction with the timing system the spilt times for this event were unable to be electronically timed.  As a result these were hand timed at 9.62 and 18.55.

Bomber's Baby - Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a right shoulder fracture and left hind toe injury.  Weighing 28.4kgs and beginning from box 1, Bomber's Baby completed the 440m trial distance in a time of 26.27.  Bomber's Baby placed 2nd in a field of 4 beaten by 1.00 length.  Bomber's Baby has been cleared to race.
