Black Aria, Weblec King and Aston Pirate collided soon after the start checking Weblec King. Black Aria, Weblec King and Apt Flash collided approaching the first turn. Weblec King and Mepunga Holly collided on the first turn. Mepunga Holly galloped on the heels of Light Up Ruksana on the first  turn resulting in  Light Up Ruksana, Mepunga Holly and Apt Flash being checked.

A pre-race sample was taken from Vampire Vixen.

Crash Landing was slow to begin.

Thomeli Boy and Nimble Rebel were quick to begin.

Burning Eddy and Nimble Rebel collided approaching the first turn. Vampire Vixen, Thomeli Boy and Nimble Rebel collided appraoching the first turn checking Thomeli Boy.

A post-race sample was taken from Nimble Rebel - the winner of the event.

The numbers 6,1, Dead Heat 2 &,3 inadvertently appeared on the semaphore board, before being changed to 6,1,Dead Heat 3 &,8 before being further corrected to 6,1,3,8  by the judge . The All Clear was then notified.

A pre-race sample was taken from Thomeli Tash.

Blue Gene Bowie and Fake it were quick to begin.

Ledgerwood Molly and Fake It collided soon after the start. Blue Gene Bowie, Ledgerwood Molly and Fake It collided on the first turn severely checking Fake It. Thomeli Tash, Little Snitzel and So Much Mojo collided on the first turn checking Little Snitzel.  Blue Gene Bowie raced wide approaching the home turn. Raging Rampant and Ledgerwood Molly collided in the home straight.

Fake It underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the front left paw.  No stand down period was imposed.

Jar Man and Rampant Doc were quick to begin.

Rampant Doc crossed to the inside soon after the start checking My Lil' Angel. My Mate Wally and Lucille Dior collided approaching the first turn checking My Mate Wally.

A pre-race sample was taken from Poor Old Rusty.

Thomeli Monster was slow to begin.

Hulking Moon and Poor Old Rusty collided approaching the first turn checking Hulking Moon. Thomeli Monster and Cosmic Brew collided on the home turn.

A sample was taken from Bob's Brew upon arrival at the course.

Kalani Willow was quick to begin.

Sergeant Schultz, Mema Wibble, Chasing James, Foxzami Thriller, Black Kruger and Boston Quay collided soon after the start checking Chasing James, Foxzami Thriller and Black Kruger. Sergeant Schultz and Kalani Willow collided on the home turn. Chasing James and Foxzami Thriller raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight. Kalani Willow raced wide in the home straight.

A sample was taken from Lindy Bop upon arrival at the course.

A pre-race sample was taken from Blue Glitter.

Spring Me was slow to begin.

Winlock Shakey crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Tibby Shore and Spring Me. Spring Me, Flossy Lee and Speedy Scar collided on the first turn checking Speedy Scar. Spring Me and Ruby's Willow raced wide in the home straight. 

Delta Rhode and Stand Beside Me were quick to begin.

Delta Rhode, Taylor Bale and Wilbury collided soon after the start. Delta Rhode and Stand Beside Me collided approaching the first turn checking Delta Rhode. Wilbury and Con Rod collided on the first turn.

Delta Rhode underwent a post-race veterinary examination after an incident in the catching pen, no apparent injury was found.

Ashby Nimble, Maximum Jan and Sparkle Motion were quick to begin.

Maximum Brew and Winclock Slim collided soon after the start. Ashby Nimble, Maximum Jan and Oh So Rowdy collided on the first turn. Ashby Nimble galloped on the heels of Maximum Jan on the first turn severely checking Maximum Jan.

Maximum Jan underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg toe injury and  right triangle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Henessey Venom and Rum Dum were quick to begin.

Dyna Sarah was slow to begin.

Henessey Venom and Rum Dum collided soon after the start. One Brew and Winlock Rose collided on the first turn. Shamrock Valley raced wide in the home straight.

Panadero King and Dyna Hinkley were quick to begin.

My Mandara was slow to begin.

Ominous Warning lost ground in the home straight. Clouded Acorn raced wide in the home straight.

Ominous Warning underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg toe injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Spritely Brew, Tickle My Fancy and Layback Cruiser collided soon after the start. Flying Action and Tiggy Buzzard collided on the first turn. Tiggy Buzzard, Brake Drum and Diesel's A Rebel collided on the first turn checking Tiggy Buzzard and Brake Drum.
