Zipping Nicole – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from an extended spell.
All Inn Hunter – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from a seasonal.

A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Nicole.
Batik Print and Zipping Nicole were slow to begin. Groucho and Sassy Slyder collided soon after the start checking Groucho, Batik Print and Zipping Nicole, Zipping Nicole faltered and lost ground as a result.
Zipping Nicole underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left fore webbing, no stand down period was imposed. Triainer, Mr Farley declined to have the greyhound revetted. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Aaron Farley, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Zipping Nicole was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Aaron Farley pleaded not guilty to the charge, Zipping Nicole was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
