Compounding galloped on the heels of Kurri Kurri on the first turn and collided with Inga Ross and severely checking Compounding.
Compounding underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left paw. No stand down period was imposed.
Black Rose Texas underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle and right triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
