Steward's Report
Swift Spur, Blazing Lane and Our Mojo collided soon after the start checking Blazing Lane. Swift Sput and Our Mojo collided approaching the first turn. Swift Spur, Tat Loxy, Our Mojo and Myrtle Grange collided on the first turn checking Tat Loxy. Our Mojo and Myrtle Grange collided approaching the home turn. Myrtle Grange and Swift Spur collided entering the home straight. Our Mojo lost ground in the home straight.
Our Mojo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound suffered minor cramping and sustained a minor abrasion to the right fore leg. No stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Julie Hall, representative of Reverend John regarding the improved performance of the greyhound in this event. Ms Hall stated that the greyhound had not trialled since its last start fall and the greyhound's training load has been lightened. Ms Hall further added that the kennel did not place a wager on the greyhound.
