No Vacancy blundered at the start and lost significant ground. New Wave and Flossy Lee collided on the first turn checking New Wave. Flossy Lee checked off Talanjee Minnie entering the home straight. Flossy Lee and Talanjee Minnie collided approaching the winning post.
No Vacancy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left foreleg pad and a left stifle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
