King Lorrimer - Late scratching at 3.40pm by order of Stewards acting on a confirmed phone call from trainer Troy Scott advising that his car had broken down. Mr Scott was advised that no penalty would be imposed as long as he provides proof of mechanical breakdown to Stewards.
Big Casey and Rampant Doc collided approaching the first turn checking Big Casey. Big Casey checked off Don's Machine on the first turn. Crackerjack Daza and Big Casey collided in the home straight checking Crackerjack Daza. Valhalla Girl and Lady Emerald collided in the home straight checking Valhalla Girl. Valhalla Girl lost ground in the home straight.
Valhalla Girl underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 71(Cramp) Valhalla Girl must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
