Threadin' Mikado galloped on the heels of Dyna Dixon approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.

Mesmerized – Late scratching at 17:08 when Ms Michelle Mallia-Magri reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Straaljager and Premier Rumble collided on the first turn checking Premier Rumble. Off The Bench and Premier Rumble collided entering the home straight. Floppy Joe tired in the home straight.

Floppy Joe underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Air Commander was slow to begin. Lord Jack and Bundarra Magic collided on the first turn. Run Ronnie Run, Karise Fusileer and Pepper Rock collided on the first turn checking Karise Fusileer. Lord Jack, Bumper Farrell and Run Ronnie Run collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn. Karise Fusileer and Pepper Rock collided approaching the home turn. Bumper Farrell and Run Ronnie Run collided on the home turn checking Bumper Farrell. Karise Fusileer and Bumper Farrell collided on the home turn. Bumper Farrell raced wide entering the home straight causing Karise Fusileer to fall.

Karise Fusileer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left front toe. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Lucille Dior and Ryben Jack collided approaching the home turn. Harry's My Name and Time To Talk collided approaching the home turn and again in the home straight checking Harry's My Name.

Secret Package and Kraken Hero were slow to begin. Reggae Mikado and Episode collided approaching the first turn. Woolybully Keats, Reggae Mikado, Episode and Secret Package collided on the first turn checking Woolybully Keats. Reggae Mikado and Secret Package collided approaching the home turn and on the home turn. Kraken Hero raced wide in the home straight and collided with Rocket Jax.

Reggae Mikado underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a dislocated left toe. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Lindy pop was quick to begin. Fran Keeping, Primo Beso, Chloe Louise and Lindy Pop collided approaching the first turn. Primo Beso and Chloe Louise collided on the first turn checking Primo Beso which brushed the running rail and lost ground.

Trainer Mrs. Jenny Torr requested an early race endorsement for the greyhound Work Zone. The endorsement  was approved for Work Zone after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian. Stewards directed the greyhound compete in Early Races only until further notice.
