Waleonjon was quick to begin.
Lektra Spring and Undisputed were slow to begin.
Lektra Spring and Undisputed collided on the first turn. My Bro Lewis checked off the heels of Flynn on the first turn. Lektra Spring galloped on the heels of Undisputed approaching the home turn checking Undisputed. Nervous An Weird and Dyna Hunter collided several times approaching the home turn. My Bro Lewis faltered and lost ground in the home straight.
My Bro Lewis underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured left hock, My Bro Lewis was humanely euthanised as a result.
Post-race samples were taken from Dyna Hunter (1st) and Flynn (2nd).
