Dyna Xarvel and Mrs. Flintstone collided on the first turn.  Inter Mimi and Sticka Fantasy collided on the first turn.  Inter Mimi tired over the concluding stages of the event.  

Inter Mimi underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Ace Allen checked off Blackjack Neo on the first turn checking Ace Allen and Dewana Special.  Zipping Floyd lost ground entering the back straight.

Zipping Floyd underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11. Zipping Floyd was found to have injuries to the right trapezius, deltoid muscles and both whip muscles. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Weeona Pete was quick to begin.  Weeona Bulldozer, Weeona Roger and Cranberry Miss were slow to begin.

Nobody's Girl, Lanis Morris and Cranberry Miss collided approaching the first turn.  Manny Allen and Nobody's Girl collided on the first turn.  Weeona Roger checked off Manny Allen on the first turn.  Manny Allen and Lanis Morris collided on the second turn.  What's Up Skip checked off Nobody's Girl on the third turn checking What's Up Skip.

Satisfactory Trial Results

Khaleesi Girl – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a whelping and a spell.  Weighing 25.5kg and beginning from box 1, Khaleesi Girl completed the 515m trial distance in a time of 30.47. Khaleesi Girl placed 3rd in a field of 4 of starters beaten by 9.75 lengths. Khaleesi Girl has been cleared to race.  

Ronray Legend – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at Horsham for an unsatisfactory performance.  Connections also wish to apply a right side blinker to the greyhound. Weighing 35.6kg and beginning from box 6, Ronray Legend completed the 515m trial distance in a time of 30.86. Ronray Legend placed 4th in a field of 4 of starters beaten by 15.25 lengths.  Ronray Legend has been cleared to race in a right side blinker at all tracks except Horsham. 

Wears Woodleigh – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at Sandown for Fail to Chase due to injury. Weighing 32.2kg and beginning from box 8, Wears Woodleigh completed the 515m trial distance in a time of 29.80. Wears Woodleigh placed 1st in a field of 4 of starters winning by 3.75 lengths. Wears Woodleigh has been cleared to race at all tracks.
