Track Curator Mr B. Mulligan advised that the track was medium harrowed on 18 March 2019.

Curnow Keats was quick to begin.  Mepunga Frankie was slow to begin.

Zipping Norton and Curnow Keats collided on the second turn checking Curnow Keats.  Curnow Keats and Crowdza Dancin' collided on the third turn checking Crowdza Dancin'.  Dyna Smokey, Olson Bale and Grace Ali collided approaching the home turn checking Dyna Smokey and Grace Ali.  Crowdza Dancin' checked off Dyna Yappy on the home turn. 

Karaka and Noaki Colour were quick to begin.  Goldenpaw Lad was slow to begin. 

Jokare and Bit Fancy collided soon after the start.  Bit Fancy and Blocker Tifia collided soon after the start checking Bit Fancy.  Karaka, Jokare and Blocker Tifia collided on the first turn checking Karaka and Blocker Tifia.  Bit Fancy checked off Goldenpaw Lad on the third turn.

Cee Jay Ace, Kingbrae Cheeko and Zambora Andy were slow to begin.

Monster Machine, Cee Jay Ace and Disco Lemonade collided soon after the start.  Kingsbrae Cheeko and Zambora Andy collided soon after the start and again on the first turn checking Kingsbrae Cheeko.  Disco Lemonade and Folding Green collided approaching the third turn.

Global Impact and Keeper Of Keys were slow to begin.  Keeper Of Keys and Dyna Helena collided soon after the start.  Spearhead and She's For Us collided approaching the first turn.  Global Impact and Keeper Of Keys collided approaching the first turn.  Ashley's Entity, Spearhead, She's For Us, Riddles and Ernesto Bale collided on the first turn checking Ashley's Entity and Global Impact.  Ashley's Entity and She's For us collided approaching the second turn checking Ashley's Entity.  Keeper Of Keys galloped Dyna Helena in the back straight checking Global Impact and severely checking Keeper Of Keys.  Global Impact and Dyna Helena collided approaching the third turn several times checking Dyna Helena, Ashley's Entity and severely checking Keeper Of Keys.  She's For Us marred Riddles entering the home straight severely checking Riddles and Ernesto Bale.  She's For Us marred Riddles approaching the winning post severely checking Riddles and Ernesto Bale.

She's For Us underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left and right deltoid injuries. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Shaw, the representative of She's For Us regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) She's For Us was charged with marring. Mr Shaw pleaded guilty to the charge, She's For Us is suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Apex Within and Zipping Galon were slow to begin.  

Mayhem Breeze and Never Duplicated collided soon after the start.  Apex Within checked off Annie Lava on the first turn.  Soda Flash and She Will Bloom collided on the second turn and again on the third turn.  Soda Flash and Never Duplicated collided approaching the home turn checking Soda Flash.  She Will Bloom brushed the running rail on the home turn.

Head Loch was quick to begin and crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Aston Vanquish and Whip Allen were slow to begin.

Aston Vanquish , Whip Allen and Shanlyn Magic collided approaching the first turn checking Aston Vanquish and Whip Allen.  Ask Me Now and Beau Gem collided approaching the first turn.  Ask Me Now, Beau Gem, Shanlyn Magic and Dyna Garner collided on the first turn checking Beau Gem, Dyna Garner and severely checking Shanlyn Magic.  Whip Allen checked off Dyna Garner approaching the second turn checking Shanlyn Magic.  Beau Gem, Aston Vanquish and Dyna Garner collided on the second turn checking Dyna Garner.  Whip Allen, Shanlyn Magic and Dyna Garner collided approaching the third turn checking Whip Allen and Shanlyn Magic.

Whoomph, Dyna Carnie and Dyna Chancer were slow to begin.

Dyna Chancer checked off Whiney Whine approaching the first turn.  Dyna Chancer checked off Whoomph on the third turn. 

Milky Jones, Deliver and Navajo Bear were slow to begin.

Dyna Oscar and Deliver collided on the first turn.  Jebrynah checked of Fully Loaded approaching the second turn checking Onions O'Reilly, Dyna Oscar and Navajo Bear.  Jebrynah and Fully Loaded collided in the home straight. 

Lektra Caution and Miss Innings were quick to begin. 

Reiko Ablett, Lektra Spring and Sennachie collided soon after the start.  Reiko Ablett and Quip Allen collided on the first turn checking Reiko Ablett and Weeona Bont.  Lektra Ablett and Quip Allen collided entering the back straight.  Fast Car Driving checked off Lektra Spring approaching the third turn.  Reiko Ablett checked off Fast Car Driving on the home turn.

A sample was taken from Extreme Summer upon arrival at the course.

A pre-race sample was taken from Waleonjon. 

Warrion Warrior was quick to begin.  Sharp Diamond and Loch Tight were slow to begin.

Waleonjon, Dyna Varsity and Sharp Diamond collided soon after the start.  Okay Kirsty, Vanda Mick and Waleonjon collided approaching the first turn checking Vanda Mick and Waleonjon.  Extreme Summer crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Dyna Varsity.  Okay Kirsty checked off Extreme Summer on the first turn.  Sharp Diamond checked off Loch Tight on the first turn.  Vanda Mick, Waleonjon and Loch Tight collided on the first turn checking Waleonjon, Loch Tight and Sharp Diamond.  Vanda Mick and Waleonjon collided on the second turn checking Waleonjon.  Dyna Varsity marred Warrion Warrior approaching the winning post.

Dyna Varsity underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs A. Dailly, the trainer of Dyna Varsity regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Dyna Varsity was charged with marring. Mrs Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge, Dyna Varsity is suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Give Away King – Late scratching at 9.43am when Mr J. Bosnich reported the greyhound to have a foot injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shanlyn Georgie was quick to begin.

Delta Rhode and Dyna Terror collided approaching the first turn.  Delta Rhode, Dyna Terror and Ivey's Affair collided approaching the first turn.  Shannon Allen and Duke Of Burnley collided on the first turn checking Shannon Allen.  Ivey's Affair raced wide entering the back straight.  Dyna Terror checked off Duke Of Burnley approaching the home turn.  

Tauwitchere – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from a fibula injury.

A pre-race sample was taken from Tauwitchere.

Zanthre Allen was slow to begin.  Saint West was very slow to begin (3 lengths).

Saint West and Magical Bling collided on the first turn.  Tauwitchere and Zanthre Allen collided on the first turn checking Tauwitchere.  

Magical Bling underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.
