A pre race sample was taken from Hungry An' Hollo.
Dynastic Ruler was quick to begin. Zambora Andy, Lochinvar Deus and Railway Burra were slow to begin.
Hungry An' Hollo crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Wilbury and Weetbix Mini. Wilbury, Weetbix Mini and Sideshow Marjen collided approaching the first turn. Lochinvar Dues and Weetbix Mini collided approaching the second turn. Dynastic Ruler and Sideshow Marjen collided on the second turn checking Dynastic Ruler. Weetbix Mini galloped on the heels of Sideshow Marjen approaching the third turn. Railway Burra and Sideshow Marjen collided on the third turn checking Railway Burra. Railway Burra and Weetbix Mini collided on the third turn checking Weetbix Mini. Hungry An' Hollo tired over the concluding stages.
