Steward's Report
Supraspinatus and My Mandara were slow to begin.
Supraspinatus and Dynamic Ross collided approaching the first turn. Zade's Magic and Kalani Willow collided approaching the first turn. Supraspinatus checked off Zade's Magic on the first turn severely checking Dynamic Ross which fell as a result. Kalani Willow raced wide in the home straight.
A sample was taken from Jiggy's Luck - the winner of the event.
Dynamic Ross was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained left monkey muscle and right quadriceps injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Tabb (handler) regarding the direction that the greyhound Supraspinatus be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
