Steward's Report
Zipping Lass was a late scratching at 6:06pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to a laceration to its left front leg. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Placid Pause.
Placid Pause and Faraday were slow to begin. Khlo Money checked off Stevie Jane on the first turn. Dorset Dasha raced wide on the first turn. Placid Pause checked off Khlo Money approaching the second turn. Khlo Money and Faraday collided approaching the third turn. Faraday and Dorset Dasha collided on the third turn checking Faraday.
A sample was taken from Axel Footluce, the winner of the event.
