Steward's Report
Lemonade Kid was quick to begin. El Alegre and Akina Error were slow to begin. Aston Elvis and Akina Error collided on the first turn severely checking Aston Elvis which contacted the running rail causing Aston Elvis to fall. Miss Energiser and Lemonade Kid collided on the home turn checking Miss Energiser. Lemonade Kid and Grande Fratello collided in the home straight. Grande Fratello checked off El Alegre in the home straight.
Aston Elvis was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left humerus, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.
