Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Anderton the trainer of Stirling Defence regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Stirling Defence last raced on 11/04/18. Mr. Anderton stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a ruptured archilles tendon, ruptured tendon on the left front foot and ruptured ligaments on a the right front toe.
A pre-race sample was taken from Stirling Defence.
Garrido was quick to begin. Stirling Defence and Walkin' The Walk collided approaching the first turn. Augustus Dagloop was checked off Garrido approaching the first turn. Cataleya, Stirling Defence and Small Rose collided approaching the first turn checking Small Rose and Cataleya. Augustus Dagloop raced wide in the home straight.
