Crowd Pleaser raced wide soon after the start causing Lana's Image, Red On Black and Lektra Phyliss to collide checking Red On Black. Crowd Pleaser checked off Lana's Image on the first turn. Red On Black brushed the rail approaching the home turn checking Red On Black causing it to race wide and checking Lektra Phyliss. Lektra Phyliss checked off Paganini entering the home straight.

Bethany Rose and Hulking Moon collided on the first turn checking Bethany Rose. Bethany Rose and Rampant Teresa collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Fantastic Fox and Rampant Teresa collided on the home turn. 

Donald's Out was slow to begin.

Arch Enemy and Roswitha Girl collided soon after the start checking Roswitha Girl. Prince Cody, Cornhill Tiger and Thomeli Kicks collided soon after the start. Prince Cody and Cornhill Tiger collided approaching the first turn checking Cornhill Tiger and severely checking Prince Cody who lost ground as a result. Cornhill Tiger and Donald's Out collided approaching the home turn. Thomeli Kicks checked off Arch Enemy approaching the home turn. Cornhill Tiger, Thomeli Kicks and Donald's Out collided approaching the home turn.

Prince Cody underwent a post-race veterinary examination no apparent injury was reported.

Rampant Munster and Canyon County collided soon after the start. Rampant Munster, Canyon County and Miracles Happen collided soon after the start. Beaut Deeds and Josie's Entity collided approaching the first turn. Beaut Deeds and Canyon County collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Rampant Munster shifted out and collided with Canyon County in the home straight checking Canyon County. 

Rampant Munster underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Ray Mahony, the trainer of Rampant Munster and after viewing both the lateral and head on vision stewards gave Rampant Munster the  benefit of the doubt but  issued a warning to Mr Mahony regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.

Mepunga Pride, Lektra Fireball, Onions O'Reilly and Suvla Bay collided approaching the first turn checking Lektra Fireball and Onions O' Reilly. Mepunga Pride, Shamrock Valley and Suvla Bay collided on the first turn checking Shamrock Valley. Mepunga Pride and Suvla Bay collided approaching the home turn checking Mepunga Pride. Shamrock Valley checked off Mepunga Pride on the home turn and collided with Cassius Monelli causing Shamrock Valley and Cassius Monelli to race wide.

Thomeli Boy – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a fractured left hock.. Weighing 30.6kg new weight declared and beginning from box 4, Thomeli Boy completed the 390mtrs in a time of 22.59. Thomeli Boy placed 1st in a field of 4 winning by 3/4 length. Thomeli Boy has been cleared to race.

Nangkita Keats – Was stood down from racing at Warragul for Unsatisfactory Performance. Weighing 27.4kg and beginning from box 8 beaten by 3/4 length. Nangkita Keats has been cleared to race at all tracks except Warragul.
