A pre-race sample was taken from My Girl Sissy.
Sweet Gabriella, Mahoney Miss and My Girl Sissy were quick to begin. Hope To Wyn was slow to begin.
Cullquin Daario and Jaimandy Marie collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Lucy's Nimbus, Monica's Joy and Sweet Gabriella collided on the first tun causing Monica's Joy to fall checking Hope To Wyn and Lucy's Nimbus. Sweet Gabriella and My Girl Sissy collided entering the home straight checking My Girl Sissy and Hope To Wyn.
Monica's Joy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Trainer Miss S. Quinlan requested Cullquin Daario to be vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left hind medial tibial, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
